Hi! I am SO excited to see into the workshop! I am going to devour this, as I am doing marketing for the very first time. As a therapist I have never had to market….there is such huge need and I take insurance.
However, I am noticing that I get people making free chat times and then not following up afterwards to book. I am just learning how to reach out after ithout trying to convince them and sound imploring. So that’s the very first question for me……how to entice them to book after the chat.
SO good to see you here, Karen! That’s such a perennial issue, and I know lots of us have this happen.
My nudge would be to start with the M3. Simple Sales Calls video. You can absolutely use this approach when anyone books a call with you.
I’d also use the Evaluation Process I mention in M3, to see what might be going on for you during those calls. It might be that they get what they need from the free chat because you are generously over-giving your expertise for free.
Let me know what feels true, and we can figure it out 🙂
Sas, thank you for this! I just tweaked my testimonial request email and form to reflect the template you gave inside the Testimonial Bonus download. I love your approach. Feels so much warmer than what I had previously which felt cold (aka what were the tangible results/ intangible results).
Thank you!! 😊
Ah that is SO great to hear Lauren 🙂
