You are in business and you need to get in front of your potential clients.
Social media is a free resource with a MASSIVE reach - choose one platform where your clients are and show up there.
Take some time to get clear on who you help and what you help them with.
Use linktree (or similar) in your Instagram profile and share links. The first link should be the action you most want your people to take (this should be about generating income - book a call with you, check out your coaching offer etc).
Make time each week/month to come up with content ideas (whatever you have already written for your website is a great start).
Get into your Healthy Adult Self. Imagine you are talking to one client who is thinking about working with you - be human!
Engagement is EVERYTHING. Comment on other people's posts. Reply to every comment. Use hashtags on your posts and to find like minded folk. Share other people's posts in stories.
Use polls and questions and other features to encourage engagement.
Share your wins - testimonials should be woven into your posts.
