Just catching up on this one. Noticing how strongly all the archetypes in the Leadership section resonate with me, although I only got Designer in my top 3. This will definitely be an area to nurture for me, and I can also see how work I’ve done with coaches and therapists over the past few years has already helped bring a lot of these qualities into, or more towards, being in light.

I’ve been meaning to come discuss on here for ages, just to say how fascinating the archetypes are and how interesting it was to me to see that my top one was the biggest theme of my most recent bout of therapy! I had top two in the wisdom category (scout top and then inquisitor second) and its showing up so strongly right now in parenting – not trusting anyone else to look after little one but also not trusting myself / thinking I need to find the ‘right’ way for everything…

I know the individual archetypes have suggestions for how to experiment with self-trust, but I also know you mentioned that if you have two in one category it implies theres possibly some need for attention in that area generally. Do you have suggestions of what this might look like for the different areas? (hopefully this makes sense!)

Also just wanted to name that my brain is panicking that I can’t remember all the archetypes but I guess you look them up before session with the person and also they are really as a starting point for deeper / more personalised conversations?

Thanks so much Sas, this is really interesting and I will definitely try out the experiments! And yes so fascinating – finding the training so interesting on a personal as well as professional level!

I also funnily / predictably enough notice myself panicking about remembering all the information and knowing enough to do the work of the training / apply with clients! I mentioned this to my pod and I am sure the practice and support from them is going to help a lot. And also I am reminding myself that even though we are on module 5 we are actually not that far in and there’s plenty of time left!

Hi Sas, just rewatching these (as we are going back through everything in our pod) and wondered if there was a poster size version of the compass that we should have received? Would love to have that to put on wall

Reflecting on Module One

Self-belief Coaches!

Part of the process of integrating learning is about reflecting on what has changed for you.

At the end of each module, we'll offer you a question for you to ponder.

'What do you know now, about Self-doubt that you didn't know before? How might your learning support your coaching clients?'

Please share your thoughts in the discussion! We'd love to know what you are thinking about.
