Self-trust is rooted in making decisions, and having discernment. Learning how to tun in to what is true for you - through your intuition and your intellect is so helpful. As you bring your inner-wisdom to life, you access creative solutions, optimism and faith in yourself. You have Sage energy inside of you.
Many of us get locked into all or nothing thinking, or predicting a worst-case outcomes, but we always have many choices about what to do. You don' t need to keep searching for the 'right' answer, crowd-sourcing opinions or waiting until you feel ready.
In this module, you'll find a super-practical approach for tuning in to what trusting yourself feels like!
Coaching Tools:
- Body Compass (tune in to what 'yes' and 'no' feels like for you)
- Decisions & Dilemmas (how to explore any and all choices)
- Calling in the Sage
- Meet your Sage (audio visualisation)

Scott – apologies I missed the call on Thursday. Hope it was a good one and looking forward to next week.
Quick Q: Am I right in thinking we have all year access to revisit these videos and the course material?! Feeling behind and want to be able to come back to everything a few times for it to cement into my mind!
Thank you! x
Good morning SBSers!!!
Thinking of this poem as I watch Sas’s videos and reflect on her invitation to call more Sage energy into my life.
Start Close Inby David Whyte
Start close in,
don’t take the second step
or the third,
start with the first thing
close in,
the step you don’t want to take.
Start with the ground you know,
the pale ground beneath your feet,
your own way to begin the conversation.
Start with your own question,
give up on other people’s questions,
don’t let them smother something simple.
To hear another’s voice,
follow your own voice,
wait until that voice becomes a private ear
that can really listen to another.
Start right now
take a small step you can call your own
don’t follow someone else’s heroics,
be humble and focused,
start close in
don’t mistake that other for your own.
Start close in,
don’t take the second step
or the third,
start with the first thing
close in,
the step you don’t want to take.
This morning my first step, the step I do not want to take, is to focus on leaving work on time today (not 3-4 hours later).
I’ll let you all know how that goes!!
xx

Hi Hannah,
All good!
Yes, you will not lose access to these videos, so you can absolutely take this at your own pace and re-review the material when it suits. (I always find I pick up on new things every time I re-watch them!). Looking forward to seeing you on Thursday!
